Useful information about delivery and returns
• PRODUCT PACKAGING - Please note that all products, unless otherwise noted, ship in resealable plastic containers. Our products are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS.
• ORDER PROCESSING - We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). New orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. All orders received on the weekend or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
• RETURN/REFUND POLICY – Our return policy only applies to orders place through Flavor Infusion website. Products must be unopened and in the original packaging and returned within 10 days of the original invoice date.
• Shipping Cost are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take a week to fully process.
